Hurry, Assassins Creed III is now free Image: Ubisoft
Game developer Ubisoft has turned 30 today. And as a note of thanks for its successful journey, it’s offering Assassin’s Creed 3, one of its biggest ever games, to fans for free.
Not surprisingly, gamers across the world have made a beeline for Ubisoft’s official website to download the game. Result, the Ubisoft server went down within a few minutes.
After a few hours, the game developer tweeted that it has managed to bring the server up, and added that the initial maintenance and most online services will be restored soon. At the time of filing the story, the site was quite stable and the download was working properly.
