Devil May Cry is finally making a comeback after 10 years.

But hang on, there's some more good news. Both the central, original characters from Devil May Cry IV — Nero (uncle) and the long white-haired Dante (nephew) — have been retained.

Devil May Cry V is directed by Hideaki Itsuno. The trailer of the game was unveiled by Capcom during Microsoft's press conference atthe  ongoing Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles.

Although the second part wasn't very impressive, the third and fourth instalments were good enough. Going by the trailer, the fifth segment will certainly be one to look out for. The game will release in spring 2019.

The developers of the game, Capcom, who hail from Japan, have delivered some of the biggest hits including the Street Fighter series, Resident Evil and Dead Rising.

Devil May Cry was introduced in 2001, and its last edition came in 2008.
