Asus made some serious inroads into the budget smartphone market in India with the Zenfone Max Pro M1, and it seems like the Taiwanese company is ready to up its game by finally launching the 6GB RAM variant of the smartphone. An under-construction sale page for the 6GB variant was spotted on e-commerce website Flipkart, which is also the exclusive retail partner for Asus smartphones in India.

To recall, Asus launched the Zenfone Max Pro M1 back in April. The device was made available in 3GB and 4GB RAM options, with the company promising a 6GB variant in the future. The 6GB variant will also get better cameras compared to other variants. The 13MP primary sensor of the rear camera on the 3GB and 4GB variants will be replaced by a 16MP sensor on the 6GB version. The selfie camera will also be upgraded from 8MP to 16MP.

The sale page on Flipkart may very well be a hint of the impending launch. Asus has already revealed that the 6GB version will be priced at Rs 14,999.
