How many of you are watching music reality show Indian Idol this season? The 10th season of the show with judges such as Vishal Dadlani, Anu Malik, and Neha Kakkar is back on Sony TV. Hosted by Manish Paul and themed Mausam Music Ka, the show aims to find talented singers in the country.

But instead of finding good musical talent, it looks like the judges are looking for sob stories and weeping on national television every now and then. The non-stop, unnecessary drama on the music show has now led to a series of memes and jokes poking fun at the judges and their inexplicable behaviour.

From an ever-crying Neha to a quirky Anu and an emotional Vishal — Tweeple are comparing the overreaction of these judges to Ekta Kapoor soaps. While we understand the makers of the show want the public to empathise with struggling artistes, this strategy has backfired and the show has become a laughing stock instead.

Check out the mean tweets from Tweeple doing the rounds, and feel free to shed a tear or two if you feel sorry for the scriptwriters. *grins*
