Using fashion for self-expression or distraction? That's a question one needs to ask the first lady of America, Melania Trump, who recently wore a controversial jacket emblazoned with the words "I really don't care, do U?" to a migrant children's shelter.

Melania, who is always seen flaunting expensive designer wear, chose a 39$ (approx Rs 2,600) jacket from Zara while she was paying a surprise visit to the shelter in Texas. Even though it's quite unlikely of the FLOTUS to send across such a controversial message deliberately, people are furious over her fake concerns about separated migrant families.

Melania's choice of the jacket has caused outrage among Tweeple, and she is being slammed for her poor choice of clothing. The hashtags #ItsJustAJacket and #SheCares started trending on Twitter as soon as images of Melania Trump in the olive green khaki jacket while boarding a flight to Texas went viral.

Considering Melania's silence on the issue, we wonder if she actually cares about the kids or is it just another political stunt? Take a look at Tweeple's reaction to Melania's jacket below.
