When Ronaldo's father passed away, it was Sir Alex who stepped up and took him under his wing. Ronaldo has even said on numerous occasions that Sir Alex is 'like a father' to him.
Ronaldo's tenure at Real Madrid has been a successful one but the 32-tear-old Portuguese recently said that he misses playing at Manchester United. Jose Mourinho was recently put off in his pursuit Antoine Griezmann after Atletico Madrid were handed a transfer ban till January 2018.
