Batting first, Pune posted 159/5 in 20 overs, thanks to opener Saurabh Tiwary's much-needed 57 off 45 balls. He was aptly supported by Steve Smith who smashed 45 runs off just 23 balls. Mumbai, however, got back into the game with Jasprit Bumrah's three wicket haul.

In reply, Rohit came up with another impressive knock which included eight boundaries and three sixes. The Mumbai captain was supported by Ambati Rayudu (22) and Jos Buttler (17 not out) as Mumbai chased down the total with nine balls to spare.
