On Sunday, Lionel Messi reminded the world just how special he is when his double helped Barcelona beat Real Madrid 3-2 in La Liga. But even though Messi almost single handedly took Los Blaugranas across the line against Zinedine Zidane and his charges, the Argentine maestro did not forget that football, at th end of the day, is a team effort.

The Barcelona team was celebrating a vital win that took them to the top of La Liga, level on points with their bitter rivals. The enitre squad was on song, except Neymar.

The Brazilian winger was serving a ban for a red card picked up against Malaga in the previous game and was unable to travel with the squad. But Messi made sure he was part of the dressing room celebrations after, with the help of technology.

Messi held up his phone with Neymar on a video call so he, too, found a way in the team photos.

Neymar had also posted a video of him celebrating in Catalonia when Messi struck the late winner to break many a Madridistas heart.

Barcelona and Real Madrid may be level on points but Los Blancos have a game in hand over Luis Enrique's side.
