With a controversial tweet on Kashmir, Shahid Afridi just didn't rub Gautam Gambhir the wrong way. He also left the big names in Indian cricket foaming at the mouth.

Barely two days ago, Afridi urged the United Nations and other international bodies to step in and stop the bloodshed in Indian Occupied Kashmir. After Gambhir lashed out against the tweet, other cricketers followed suit.

Virat Kohli, who will resume cricketing duties with the Indian Premier League (IPL), said, "As an Indian you want to express what is best for your nation and my interests are always for the benefit of our nation. If anything opposes it, I would never support it for sure. But having said that, it's a very personal choice for someone to comment about certain issues."

Suresh Raina also wasn't one to keep quiet either. He said, "Kashmir is an integral part of India and will remain so always. Kashmir is the pious land where my forefathers were born. I hope @SAfridiOfficial bhai asks Pakistan Army to stop terrorism and proxy war in our Kashmir. We want peace, not bloodshed and violence."

Kapil Dev has always spoken his mind. And he didn't mince his words this time either. He said, "Who is he? Why are we giving importance to him? We should not be giving importance to certain people."

And last but not the least, Sachin Tendulkar. The Master Blaster blasted Afridi as he said, "No outsider needs to know or tell us what we need to do. It is obvious that we have capable people to manage our country, run our country."

The next time Afridi has an opinion about such serious issues, he will think twice before going to town with it.
