Arsenal star Mesut Ozil followed up his weekend heroics against Middlesbrough with a day out in London where he was more than happy to play the part of a tourist, visiting Buckingham Palace.
The German midfielder scored the winner for Arsenal, who were in dire need of points after their recent tailspin in the Premier League, but his future in North London still hangs in doubt.

Ozil makes almost $180,000 per week at Arsenal and has a little more than a year left on his contract. He has demanded a wage packet in the vicinity of $320,000 to continue plying his trade for the Gunners.
Teammate Alexis Sanchez is also caught in similar stand-off regarding his future at the Emirates and some pessimists are already picturing the pair being prised away from Arsenal by teams with deeper pockets, as it has happened in the past with so many of their best players.
Premier League table:— All Football News (@AllFootballLive) April 17, 2017
1. Chelsea 75 pts
2. Spurs 71 pts
3. Liverpool 66 pts
4. Man City 64 pts
5. Man Utd 60 pts
6. Arsenal 57 pts pic.twitter.com/0qcxei4c4Y
This also coincides with Arsenal being on the verge of dropping out of the top four for the first time in over two decades. They are also on course to finish below arch rivals Tottenham Hotspurs for the first time in 22 years.
Could Ozil be taking in the sights of London because he is preparing to start anew in a new city with a new club? With the 2018 World Cup in Russia looming, Ozil will know that he will have to be at his best in a team that performs if he wants to get a place in Germany's already star-studded midfield.
