Sachin Tendulkar has admitted that Rashid Khan is the world’s best T20 bowler. No surprises there, because the 18-year-old Afghan sensation has baffled every leading batsman with his outstanding bowling variations.

Tendulkar said, “Always felt Rashid Khan was a good spinner, but now I wouldn’t hesitate in saying he is the best spinner in the world in this format. Mind you, he’s got some batting skills as well. Great guy.”

Now, as Khan is set to take on the mighty Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) final, Tweeple are proving to be too demanding. They want him to have an Indian citizenship, and subsequently play for India.

Khan is the second-highest wicket taker this IPL, registering 21 dismissals to his name in 16 matches.
