Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez got on the score sheet last night in what was a comprehensive victory for Arsenal. Arsene Wenger’s men beat Swansea City 4-0 away from home but Chilean Alexis Sanchez was not happy at the end.
Arsenal took the lead through Olivier Giroud, a striker who has been consistent in front of goal. Giroud got his fifth goal in as many games before two own goals were scored by Jack Cork and Kyle Naughton, respectively. Nigerian starlet Alex Iwobi was at the heart of both the own goals, instigating the inadvertent touches with a shot and a cross. Sanchez then added the icing on the cake, rifling home his 14th Premier League goal of the season with a volley from close range.
With the result wrapped up, Wenger decided to take Sanchez off to give a few minutes to Danny Welbeck. The Englishman is just returning from a long injury lay-off and the Chilean was far from pleased at not being able to finish the game. He retreated to the bench and was seen with his head down, sulking.
This comes a week after the forward threw his gloves and stormed off in frustration after their 3-3 draw at AFC Bournemouth. Sanchez has been at the centre of speculation after he stalled signing a contract extension with the Gunners and could be on the move in the summer if Wenger cannot tie him down. Paris Saint-Germain have been reportedly monitoring the situation.

Stop bloody sulking!
You scored. We won!
Welbeck needs game time.
Be a team player!#Arsenal
One thing is for sure though. Arsenal will either need to meet his wage demands or win the Premier League to keep him on their books. It all comes down to which one of the two is more likely to happen.
