Former One Direction star Zayn Malik has an impressive tattoo collection, and it seems to be a work in progress. The latest addition to his ink collection is the cutest tattoo he's ever had.

Nope, it's not a tribute to his girlfriend Gigi Hadid, but to his father, Yaser Malik. The singer recently took to Instagram to share the image of his latest body art, captioning the image "Love you".

Zayn is out and out a daddy's boy and we can't even with the cuteness. He even wrote in his self-titled autobiography, "My dad's a hard worker and he has strong values. He was a personal trainer and is solidly built, and he used to go on at me all the time about being a good student and getting the right education. He wanted the best for me, and I wanted to please him in return.… I wanted to show him, as much as everyone else, that I could do it." Awww!

This isn't the first time that the singer has indulged in PDA for his dad either. Yaser inspired Zayn's song Intermission: Flower, which is sung in Urdu, from his first solo album Mind of Mine. Zayn's fans initially had doubts about the authenticity of the tattoo, since Malik's huge face tattoo earlier this year turned out to be a joke in honour of the release the album.

However, we think it's for real this time, folks.
