Is she/he the one for me? That's the perpetual question perplexing people of all ages — the 20-somethings as well as the 'supposed to be sorted' 40s. While some end up with the right person, the rest continue to rack their brains over the one person who will complete there lives. At times, all we want is some love guru to give us some cool advice to crack the code of romance. And looks like the powers above heard our prayers, 'cuz Barack Obama is here to help us make the right choice. Yup, you heard that right.

The former US President, whose marital life keeps giving us couple goals, once offered a piece of advice to his communications officer, Dan Pfeiffer about how to find the right person. And it worked wonders. Hear the story.

Apparently, Pfeiffer was about to move in with his girlfriend Howli, and it was then that Obama asked him whether she is 'the one'.

A Twitter user shared an excerpt of the conversation on Twitter from Pfeiffer's latest book Yes We (Still) Can: Politics in the Age of Obama, Twitter, and Trump.

According to Obama, there are a few questions one needs to answer in order to choose the perfect life partner.

The questions are:

Is he/she the one you find interesting?

Does he/she make you laugh?

Will he/she be a good parent?

When Obama asked Pfeiffer these three questions, Pfeiffer confidently said, "Howli is incredibly interesting, funnier than I am, and will be a phenomenal mom."

A year later, Pfeiffer and Howli got engaged.

So folks, before you make a choice, ask yourself these three questions. And you might just be sorted for life. Take our... err... Obama's word for it.
