Amy Jackson, who is working on her upcoming Indo-British film Boogie Man, is on a mission to get fitter. She's all set to attend the movie screening at the Cannes Film Festival 2017. We told you how she's been gearing up for that. Now, we hear the actor is training with Chelsea football club trainer Bradley Simmonds to get back into shape ahead of her Cannes appearance next week. And guess what? We have all the deets on that.
The renowned fitness coach has designed a special workout routine and diet chart for Amy. “It’s great to train with Bradley. He is the go-to celebrity trainer in the UK. I had never challenged my fitness levels like I do now. I look forward to Cannes and am glad that I have someone like him to help me look my best,” says an excited Amy.
We got our hands on her full regimen and diet. Yep, you can thank us later. Amy’s carb-heavy diet has been replaced with a high-protein one, while her workout session includes boxing mixed with MMA training. Check the deets out:
