So, all this while you thought Hrithik Roshan probably spends half his day at the gym. How else he got those rippling muscles? But unbelievable as it may sound, the Greek god of B-town hits the gym for only 15 minutes a day.  And we're serious. At an event recently, the actor revealed that he is not a gym rat, thus busting the myth that one needs to spend hours at the gymnasium to get a chiselled body. 

The Kaabil actor turned up to support his trainer Mustafa Ahmed's gym in Mumbai. That's where he shared a few secrets with his fans. 

 “When I finish my work for the day, I have around 15 minutes left before I go to sleep. So, I work out for 15 minutes. It is a myth that you need to work out for an hour or two hours a day. Whatever you do is good for your body and health," said Duggu. 

Even Mustafa admited that training someone like Hrithik is not easy because he is super knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. 

"You need to bring in so many variations when you train Hrithik. He has been exercising for a long time. So, he tends to get very bored. He loves to do weight training but a lot of focus is given on conditioning and mobility drills,” added Mustafa. 

Last year, Hrithik and Mustafa had designed a workout routine to improve full body strength. And now that he has already spilled the beans, sounds like, fitness is just 15 minutes away. Are you ready?
