Varun Dhawan is making some major splash. Be it with his latest hit Tamma Tamma Again, or the trailers for Badrinath ki Dulhania, or even during his promo outings with his co-star, Alia Bhatt, Varun looks fit as a fiddle. But that's just Varun being Varun. Right from Student of the Year, to Dishoom, Varun has earned the Mr fitness tag (Sorry, John Abraham) and, over the last few years, his reputation has only gathered momentum.
We've naturally been curious about the Dhawan boy's fitness platter. So, we met his dietitian Maya Pereira to delve more into the food habits of the fittest B-town star.

Maya has been working with Varun for his next movie Judwaa 2. It's a remake of the Salman Khan starring blockbuster and, to do justice to the role, Varun needed to be in perfect shape to match up to the original Judwaa. And, according to Maya, Varun's leaving nothing to fate.
"Varun's diet for Judwaa 2 is a 3,500 calorie diet," says Maya. "He's mainly working on the macros that is 40 per cent carbohydrates, 35 per cent protein and 25 per cent fat," she adds. Varun takes six meals a day and each meal is prepared from lean kitchen that carefully measures each portion. Here's taking a closer look at how the actor eats on his workout days.
