Adele is rolling in some very deep sh*t after she cancelled her London gigs, owing to her damaged vocal chords. The cancellation cost Adele fans hundreds of pounds in losses, including non-refundable hotel and flight bookings. Adele-heads are especially furious, as the Wembley cancellations are too last-minute, and fans have lashed out at her lack of work ethic and have called the Grammy winner a 'drama queen.'

"On medical advice I simply am unable to perform over the weekend. To say I'm heart broken would be a complete understatement," Adele posted on Facebook on Friday. Some fans have already travelled to London for the sole purpose of Adele's show. "Great job @Adele. It's not easy to annoy 200,000 people, but not for you," wrote another fan, after the cancellation of the gigs were announced.

"Still turn up, talk to your fans, IF its your so called last tour maybe you should give them the satisfaction of just being there still..after all they pay your wages..,' wrote another fan. Interestingly, Adele admitted that she considered lip-syncing at the concerts, but decided against it. "I've never done it and I cannot in a million years do that to you. It wouldn't be the real me up there," said the 29-year-old singer.

“There will be more information over the next few days. I'm sorry, I'm devastated... please forgive me," she added. So, will the concerts be rescheduled after all? Watch this space for more details.
