What comes to your mind when you think of Kangana Ranaut? A strong, vocal, modern woman, who settles for nothing but the best. Guess what, even her new Manali mansion, facing the snow-clad Himalayan range, is an extension of her persona. And if you are planning to do up your home, or are moving into a new one — you can surely take some tips.

The whopping Rs 30-crore European-style house located amid the mountains, surrounded by oak and deodar trees, welcomes you with its old-world charm. The entrance has a set of red chairs. The dimly-lit birdcage lighting will give you serene vibes as soon as you step in.

Decor magazine Architectural Digest India has done a special profile on Kangana and her home in Himachal for their May issue, and also shared pics and videos of the mansion on their social media page.

The house boasts of beautiful carpets, stunning paintings, vibrant furniture that totally complement the pastel walls of the rooms. The best part of her home is the picture-perfect glass conservatory at the back yard. It gives a wide view of the snow-capped Himalayas.

In the magazine, Kangana said she took inspiration from Irrfan Khan's home when it was featured in an earlier issue of the same magazine. She also brought aboard the same interior designer, Shabnam Gupta, to do up her place.
