Revealed: Manushi Chhillar's wonder diet before Miss World

Want a svelt figure like Manushi Chhillar — the latest Indian to win the coveted Miss World title? Her magic diet and fitness regimen has been revealed.

Celebrity nutritionist Nmami Agarwal reportedly designed a 15-day diet challenge for the Haryana girl, and that's what helped her achieve those curves, which eventually impressed the jury enough to give her the coveted crown. Manushi's regimen included a bunch of lifestyle changes such as sleeping for eight hours at night, switching off the mobile phone two hours before going to bed and drinking loads of water, among other things. Junk food was a strict no-no. She stuck to nutritious homemade food, ate early and a light dinner. Sounds doable? If that has already piqued your curiosity, here's a quick glance at Manushi's diet chart.

Early morning A glass of lime squeezed water
Breakfast Cereal (oats or wheatflakes) with yogurt, nuts and fresh fruit
Lunch 1 or 2 rotis or a bowl of rice, one vegetable dish, salad and raita
Evening Supper Fruit smoothie, carrot and cucumber dip with hung curd dip
Dinner Quinoa salad/quinoa pulav with soup or chick pea/ corn and tofu salad with soup
Post Dinner Fresh fruit

Talking about the diet plan, Nmami told a newspaper, "Maintaining a healthy relationship with your body is the key to staying fit. Skipping a meal or intermittent fasting will do no good to the body. Hence, for Manushi, I wanted her diet plan and workout to go hand-in-hand, and wanted to ensure that she reaps complete benefits out of her fitness programme."
