Calling all fitness freaks. We've all seen John Abraham and his biceps at work on screen in a whole range of action movies. Ones like Shootout At Wadala, Force, Madras Cafe, Rocky Handsome and the upcoming Dishoom and Force 2, all harp on the hard work he puts in, to maintain his fitness regime. It ain't easy staying in shape.
 
So, we get you his personal fitness trainer Vinod Channa to reveal John's diet plan. Vinod is training John for both Dishoom and Force 2 (John shows off the the right moves at Dishoom promotions). Interestingly, it includes equal proportions of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. The amount of protein intake, thanks to the number of eggs, is the highlight of his diet.

Here's what he eats, through the day:

John Abraham's diet plan:

1st meal: 7 am: 5 egg whites and oats

2nd meal: 9.30 am to 10 am: Protein shake 2 scoops  

3rd meal: Lunch: Fish + bajra Roti + salad

4th meal: 5 eggs + fruits or sweet Potato

5th meal: 5 eggs + veg salad

6th meal: Dinner: Fish + bajra roti + salad
