With the heat wave just around the corner, here's a perfect idea for the first of many getaways this season. Tagged as 'a break from EDM', the sixth edition of Kasauli Rhythm & Blues Festival is all set to kickstart from April 14-16 in Baikunth Resorts, located in the foothills of Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh. This time, the line-up is as lit as sipping a hot cuppa in the Himalayan foothills with indie hotties Kamakshi Khanna and Jonita Gandhi as well as alt-performances by Nasya, Eka, Late Too Soon and Neeraj Arya's Kabir Cafe, among others. Singer Usha Uthup is also slated to perform at the fest and that is reason enough to leave everything and head to the hills.
More than music and fun, this seems to be a musical festival with a heart, as the memorable weekender aims to financially support critically ill children with heart disorders of Little Hearts for their surgery. So, just log on to genesis-foundation.net to book your tickets and be on your way. Can't you hear the mountains are calling?
