Pulling yourself out of the bed and dragging that half-asleep body onto a treadmill requires more willpower than burning those calories. And statistically speaking, most eventually drop out of their fitness regimen because they get bored. 

So can you turn your workout into something you'd enjoy? Something which wouldn't feel like such a chore but would relax you instead? 

Take a cue from some of our favourite celebrities and chalk out a regimen that suits your needs and temperament the most. Want to know our pick? Oh we'd dance. What about you?

Jacqueline is the mayor of pole dancing town! And she's even inspired many of her peers to take up this interesting activity as a form of fitness. And, if her Instagram posts are anything to go by, she has gotten pretty good at it.

So you have a busy schedule? Well, Richa does, too. So how does she stay fit? Well, the answer is cycling. The Fukrey girl has often voiced her love for cycling and tries to fit that into her daily schedule. She also loves swimming. So take your pick: an hour of cycling or swimming can do wonders for you, too.

Vidyut is trained in martial arts and is known to perform all his stunts on screen himself. Okay so you may not be able to beat Vidyut, but how about trying martial arts as a form of exercise?

We simply cannot chalk out a fitness list and not have Mr Baaghi himself on it. Tiger is trained in martial arts and gymnastics, and in case you haven't noticed, he is very vocal about it, too. Gymnastics is something that interests us here, and how effortlessly he has incorporated that into his dance routine, thereby giving him the maximum benefit.

Speaking of dancing, did you know Nora Fatehi is an excellent belly dancer? She regularly practices belly dancing that in turn gives her the perfect waist workout. So whoever thought working out was boring, how about trying Nora's strategy?
