Actor Deepika Padukone has one of the hottest bods in Bollywood, and yet she has a very simple health mantra to keep in shape. In fact, if you were thinking of experimenting with a  yo-yo or crash diet to get your summer body ready, you better stop STAT and do as Dippy says. "Managing weight is not about giving up food but eating right. This includes a nourishing breakfast and a daily regime of exercise to stay fit," she says.

Dippy clearly practises what she preaches, as she begins her day with either a typical South Indian breakfast of upma, dosa, poha or an English breakfast of omelettes made with whites from 2-4 eggs and sausages.

So, there you go. Now you know that the secret behind her toned physique is a healthy breakfast with "foods that are wholesome and nourishing," as the actor points out. And, of course, if Dippy has time to squeeze in a workout despite being busy with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's historic period drama Padmavati, you should have no excuse to burn off a few kilos.
