The Judwaa 2 star took to her Instagram story to show how she is sticking to her workout without a gym. From skipping ropes to swimming pool chairs and even random poles, Jacqueline is totally the jugaadu kween of fitness, if there ever was one.
So, if you're headed to a seaside vacay or are just baulking at the thought of going to the gym, take a cue from Jackie to ace the non-gym workout. Start off with with a good warm-up with the rope. This will get you pumped up for the routine as well as strengthen your bones, and is one of the best forms of total body workout.
A great fat-burner and core-strengthener, obliques are a good way to start working towards getting the elusive abs. If not a six-pack, you will at the least get rid of the paunch.
