If you use your vacation to ditch pushups for a week, you need to look to Jacqueline Fernandez. While Jacqueline is all set to ring in the new year in Bali with her family, the actor is clearly not using the vacay as an excuse to abandon her fitness routine. 

The Judwaa 2 star took to her Instagram story to show how she is sticking to her workout without a gym. From skipping ropes to swimming pool chairs and even random poles, Jacqueline is totally the jugaadu kween of fitness, if there ever was one. 

So, if you're headed to a seaside vacay or are just baulking at the thought of going to the gym, take a cue from Jackie to ace the non-gym workout. Start off with with a good warm-up with the rope. This will get you pumped up for the routine as well as strengthen your bones, and is one of the best forms of total body workout.

A great fat-burner and core-strengthener, obliques are a good way to start working towards getting the elusive abs. If not a six-pack, you will at the least get rid of the paunch.
