After all that hoopla, Amy Jackson went unnoticed at Cannes

This season's Cannes saw the regulars and the newbies. Deepika Padukone and Shruti Haasan came for the first time and conquered the scene. Sonam Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan slayed like they've always done. But there's someone who missed the radar for no reason. It's Amy Jackson. Uh oh, poor girl. After all the hoopla, all that slogging at the gym, the preparations to look her best, she didn't really grab much attention. A certain Ash's voluminous outfit may have drowned her, who knows?

Amy chose a gorgeouse, nude, embellished Georges Hobeika gown, and looked like a stunner. With her hair tied up into a top bun and magenta lips, she glided in with full poise and glamour. But it wasn't enough. Clearly not.

She made her way to The Square premiere in her gilded, classy dress. Georges Hobeika has also found takers in Cannes veterans like Ash and Mallika Sherawat. Amy, probably, wanted it to be her lucky charm too. Oh well, not all gowns are magical like Cinderella's. Especially not, when you have a certain Aishwarya Rai Bachchan playing princess at your party.
