With the influx of web series and streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, content is now available in the palm of your hands. What makes these digital mediums more interesting is that they are off the radar of censorship. And that makes all the difference as it provides a free space for actors to express themselves without the fear of judgement and restrictions.

Radhika Apte, who will soon be seen in the Netflix movie Lust Stories, agrees with us and feels that working in the digital space is liberating.

"Working on films and the digital space is more or less the same, but the digital medium definitely has more freedom. There is no censorship, so it's very liberating to do what you want and not worry about anything," she told Mid-Day.

Apart from and Ronnie Screwvala's Lust Stories, Radhika will also be seen in Anurag Kashyap's Sacred Games. Moreover, in the past, she has also done a handful of independent short films.

When it comes to choosing projects, Radhika isn't that finicky. For her, content holds utmost importance. "But having said that, the medium will never be a criterion when I'm choosing a project," she adds.
