Shashi Kapoor's wife and English actor Jennifer Kendal started the tradition of a Christmas Brunch for the Kapoor clan three decades ago. The Kapoors, who believe the show must go on, have decided not to end this ritual get-together because of Shashi Kapoor's recent demise. Randhir Kapoor, nephew of the late actor, confirmed to Mumbai-based daily Midday that the party will go on.

Shashi Kapoor's son Kunal will host the annual Christmas brunch at his Juhu residence on December 25. "My uncle (Shashi Kapoor) was a family man and always believed in celebrations. In fact, he had told us that we should not mourn his death and instead, celebrate his life. I think his kids are just doing that and are paying an ode to him. Like my father, Raj Kapoor said, 'The show must go on'," Randhir said. He added that the entire family will come together. There will, of course, be lots of food for this food-loving tribe.

While we wait for details from the Christmas brunch, here are pictures of some previous Kapoor outings.
