Love will take a rather mature turn in Ekta Kapoor's new digital show Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain as it will address the issue of a man's mid-life crisis. But that's not all we are excited about. What's grabbed our fancy is the buzz that the show is a reboot of the showbiz mogul's hit TV show Kasauti Zindagi Ki.

It all started when Ekta teased her fans about her new show with a cryptic post, where she mentioned about rebooting one of her very popular shows that had ruled the small screen for nine years.

"With a piece of my broken heart I wrote in 2001 ...17 years later I ‘reboot’ it dipping it in personal pain and lacing it with experiences of an older me! Bringing back my most successful love saga that ran for 9 years!!! Again I’ll take my broken heart n make it into art!!! #namestobeannounced #waitfortheannouncement," she posted on Instagram yesterday.

Fans immediately went crazy and started speculating that Kasauti Zindagi Ki 2 is coming with their favourite jodi of Anurag (Cezanne Khan) and Prerna (Shweta Tiwari).

The speculation continued until this afternoon, Ekta cleared the air and unveiled the poster of her upcoming show for her digital platform Alt Balaji. It's a new show titled Kehne ko Humsafar Hain.

It isn't bringing back the loved jodi of Shweta and Cezzane, but guess what, it will see Mr Bajaj aka Ronit Roy making a comeback. The show also stars Mona Singh and Gurdeep Kohli.

"From 5th March we launch a beautiful urban mature tale of love that gets divided between choices responsibilities and personal need! When a man at 40 decides to change d course of his life is it mid life crisis or a realisation of wat he truly wants #kehnekohumsafarhain will raise questions tha sometimes don’t have answers ! An ep Monday Wednesday n Friday from 5 th March till the season ends ONLY ON ALTBALAJI 🏼," she wrote.

With this show, Ronit is teaming up with Ekta for the fifth time. Their collaboration saw hit daily soaps, including Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasamh Se, Kasauti Zindagi Ki and Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar.
