If there's one person you can always rely on to give you fitness goals, it's Hrithik Roshan. While imitating the Super 30 actor's every fitness move might be a bit unrealistic for beginners like us, this time around his exercise regimen is quite doable. Hrithik has taken up the #HumFitTohIndiaFit challenge, thrown at him by the minister of state for youth affairs and sports, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore.
So, Hrithik, who had revealed earlier that he hits the gym only for 15 minutes a day, inspired by Rathore, will be cycling to work. Rathore nominated Virat Kohli, Saina Nehwal, Hrithik and the entire nation to include fitness into their work schedule. He urged Netizens to share pictures and videos of themselves adding an exercise routine — a couple of minutes of sit-ups, maybe even desk yoga— and share them on social media.
And Hrithik happens to be the first celebrity to accept the challenge. He posted a video of himself cycling to work instead of commuting in a fancy car. And he also revealed that this is how he goes to work every day (Psst, now you know where to catch him for a selfie).
"This initiative makes me so proud ! Bravo @Ra_THORe #HumFitTohIndiaFit #FitnessChallenge this is how I commute to my office every day. sitting static in a car is such a waste. Walk, cycle, jog, feel the earth, feel India 🇮🇳 get FIT!" he wrote on Twitter along with the video.
That's not all. Now, Hrithik has tagged his parents, Rakesh and Pinkie Roshan, along with Tiger Shroff and Kunal Kapoor, to take up the fitness challenge.
Fans are already motivated by this very doable fitness regimen.
And this is where it all started, with Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore's tweet. Hmm.. we wonder if Virat and Saina will follow suit?
Are you inspired yet?
